Shipping to a US Mailing Address

During checkout, enter the phone number of the person you're shipping to.

International orders are intended for use in the US, and it is assumed that products will be used in the US.

Best Buy does not ship to known freight forwarders, and orders to such will be canceled.

Tax manifestos and sales tax refunds are not available for these orders.

Using Store Pickup at a US Store

Your order will be held at the store for 8 days. For your security, after 8 days we'll cancel the order and refund your form of 

 

payment.

Please make sure that the person picking up the order is either the person named on the purchasing credit card, or the person 

 

you've told us will pick up the order.

Store pickup is not available in Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico or China.

Tax manifestos and sales tax refunds are not available for these orders.

All other store pickup terms and conditions apply.

Special Note about Marketplace Items

Marketplace items can be shipped only to states in the United States. They cannot be shipped to the US Virgin Islands, Guam or 

 

to APO/FPO (military) addresses.

Marketplace items are not eligible for store pickup.
